Private training sessions provide for the highest level of individualized attention. One of my favorite aspects of pilates is the fact that it had started as a way to treat imbalances within the body. I enjoy helping clients work through these imbalances to increase range of motion and reduce pain. In a private session we can work with injuries and strategize on achieving new body goals.

Bells Pilates offers work on the reformer, cadillac, wunda chair, and the ladder barrel. These sophisticated pieces of equipment encourage length through the tissues, but also demands stability, focus and sustained effort. Working one on one with people allows for a me to get the absolute best out of you and your body.

Private training sessions are available in-studio or remotely via video (Zoom or Facetime)
